Absolutely none before and add many as feel good to you after. I’d do one day of just water after any dry fast of 8 days or longer. And start VERY VERY slowly with water. I personally like to sip on plain water for 4-6 hours and then start to increase the amount and also drink coconut water (without sugar! Preferably not from concentrate) But you can delay that until you’re done with water fasting. I never did more than 1 1/2 days water after dry. I’d rather keep dry fasting for another day and then start refeeding.
But you got to find what works for you. And start driving water and stop the fast if you feel bad
