Ease into dry fasting. Wait one hour after you wake up to drink. Then two. Then three. And so on.
Its okay to do some mildly strenuous work without water, but you’ll want to make sure you get enough salt into your system when you do eat or drink.
If you start to feel off during a fast, while at work, don’t be afraid to have some water and salt. If you need to eat a little something, have some meat and fat (like butter or cheese). You don’t have to be perfect everyday - just most days. What’s worse would be to faint while you’re next to the fryer.
Yes water would break ur dry fast. Plan wisely ur dry fast according to the time u get ur pill and your eating time, find a compromise for the dry fast not your health. As u/BafangFan mentioned keep your mineral levels high since you won’t drink. ( magnesium chloride and salt are my go to) my suggestion is getting ur salts/minerals before bed so you can endure all morning. Another option is getting them with your meal but you first need to get used to 20 hours without drinking.
Anyways I’m not a fan of intermittent dry fasting, personally is better dry fasting for a long period.
Your fast should be fine as long as you rehydrate completely. Try nuun tablets. They work wonders. You can work fast paced and even hit the gym as long as you rehydrate successfully. As far as the birth control and breaking the fast: A sip of water breaks a fast like a prisoner who escapes by jumping over the prison wall and then jumping right back. Literally a sip or two or three or even four makes no difference weight wise. -litebrite007 100 pounds down.
