You’re still really early on (me too!), so the best thing to do is probably to stick with it a little bit longer as your body continues to adjust. If you’re still not starting to see results after another few weeks, it’s probably more about what and how much you are eating during your window. If you’re still consuming a lot of calorie-dense food you may not see the results you want as quickly. Personally I also really struggle with not gorging myself as soon as my eating window begins in response to the hunger cravings. I have to really force myself to eat slowly and control my portions. So you can still overfeed yourself during your window…in fact, it’s easier to do because you will be hungry. I solved this problem by meal prepping. There’s always decently healthy food in a pre-portioned amount waiting for me when my window begins.
In my opinion artificial sweeteners can really mess up weight loss. All those keto products that say not to count the artificial sweetener grams of carbs are wrong for me. I have definitely seen then when I cut that stuff out i lose much more quickly.
