Advice/support needed

Hey y’all, I can’t express how happy I am that I found this group! I first tried the snake diet about two years ago after having my son and experienced great success! I went from 209lbs to 150lbs(5’9” female). Since then I have went through a lot of life changes and ended up becoming LE. After the academy I find myself eating nothing but fast food on shift. Needless to say I’m now at 180lbs. The toxic sludge I’ve been eating has not only caused me to gain weight, but has caused a slew of health issues-from indigestion to acne. So, I’m starting the snake diet again with a two day fast to break habits and addictions. After that I will most likely do rolling fasts to loose most of the fat. When that’s pretty much done I plan on eating every other day and hitting the gym to gain muscle and strength. Any suggestions or advice? I’m really needing support from others on this as I’m a boredom/stress eater as well. Best wishes ~G

I started cold turkey in May, and what I would say is start with realistic goals, and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t make them. Fast when you can fit it in to your lifestyle. For instance I have been working from home much of the time, and that’s when I am doing my 5 day fasts.
