Afterdinner dibs

I am doing the basic 16/8 schedule where I have my first meal at noon. However I experience a major after dinner dip afterwards. Is there any way to counter this?

Ah, the dreaded food coma! Try getting some exercise or activity after you eat. Go for a walk or some other activity that gets you off the couch. Also, maybe reduce your portions a bit, or eat lighter foods. Being stuffed contributes to this in my experience. A hamburger with cheese and bacon will make me feel sleepier than a portion of salmon.
