Well… you aren’t fasting for autophagy so I’d say no. Just a dirty fast.. I think you will still meet your goals though. Time will tell when you step on the scale in a few days and see whether it goes down or not! Regardless, if you have to ease in, then do so! Not everybody can just start fasting and go on as long as they would like. Everything counts!
It’s completely dependent on your goals. Don’t worry if you are or aren’t unless it interferes with your reason for fasting

Health benefits like autophagy and human growth hormone? Nope, cut the cream. It’s going to matter
Digestive rest? I’m pretty sure it’s going to mess with that but I’m not completely sure
