If you’re in fasting ketosis and like me, you won’t need much stimulant to perk you up for workouts. Green tea works great, as does peppermint tea. I don’t drink coffee at all, but maybe a diluted cup o’ joe would work? I worry about the acidity on fasting guts though. Keep us posted on your findings and results! Interesting topic.

I end up drinking a near-zero calorie energy drink per day, coffee messes up my stomach. It’s got 20 calories, I drink half in the morning and half at lunchtime. I need to give it up, but caffeine withdrawal headaches are awful. Tried no caffeine for a week and they didn’t stop.
