I weigh 96 kgs and 177 cm tall. For the past 5 days I'm doing 20-4 IF and Just have one meal a day. I drink 5 L water per day. My question is, I just walk 7km per day within 1 hr during fasting window. Should I do any workouts during feeding window? I want to reduce 10 kg within 2-3 months. Recommend me any workouts plan and Correct me If I'm doing anything wrong?

Depending on your needs you can throw of your salt levels which do you no good.
Your urine usually show you the current hydration quite well.
Pale yellow is good.
Colorless and you are overhydrated.
I went overboard on water and green tea and that only hindered my progress.
