I started a week ago and am not eating until 5pm and stop at 10pm normally having 2 meals of what I normally eat (veg and meat minimal carbs). I don't weigh myself but have had to make a new notch in my belt yesterday.
BUT after my morning poop I feel absolutely empty and am struggling with my hunger pains til 5pm.
So any tips? Or will I just get used to it?.

Not sure what your eating but If you have reduced your calorie intake below 1,200 calories a day, you could be hurting your body in addition to your weight-loss plans.Plan out your calories to the amount of physical activity you do in a day.
