Am I doing this shizzz right?

I'm 19 last time I checked I was 225 pounds (I haven't had a scale in a month so no clue now lol.) I started fasting two weeks ago, I do Tuesdays amd Thursdays. I tend to take multi vitamins then make some coffee with stevia and drink lots of water though out my day (I was lacking a bit today since I really didn't have any bottles.) I'll keep a protine bar on hand just incase I feel light headed or anything in that nature. Since I have started I've felt way better, I dont feel so bloated all the time and I haven't been eating nearly as much on days off. When I fast I do it for 24 hours which isn't that bad its been getting easier. I just feel I'm missing something and I could be doing it a bit better.

Sounds like you’re doing great! Some people will naysay the stevia but I use artificial sweeteners and just past 100 lbs lost.

Depending on your goals you may want to experiment with longer fasts, but that’s certainly not mandatory. Keep up the great work!
