Hey everyone, I've broken my 5 day fast and on day 6 I had a few teaspoons of yogurt and a full banana in the span of 2 hours ish. I'm on day 7 now and I've had 359 calories in comparison, I've eaten yogurt and around 4 rice crackers and a small banana. I'm wondering how 'bad' this is? I don't want to gain anymore weight just because my body is hanging onto the food.. how long before I can eat a normal meal without my body storing it like its gold? I want to be extremely strict and conservative. On my fast I only had purely water, potassium, magnesium and salt water. I want to be VERY clean with this and transition as best as I can. Thanks.

Honestly on day 7, you may not be eating enough. Start eating soup, and work your way up to avacodos/whole fruits, nuts, and finally an egg or 2. By day 14 you should be consuming ~800-1200 cal and re introducing more solid foods that you like. It’s also okay to start exercising more as you build up these calories.
