any suggestions?

Update: thank you all for your advice and insight i absolutely appreciate it so much! I reweighed myself ~ as i was doing what i did of course on my period 🙄 and weighed myself the last day of it. Which made me believe i gained 2lbs ~ weighed myself rosay 3 days off. I had actually lost 5lbs lol Moral of the story dont even bother looking at the scale while youre menstrating hahah (P.s. im currently disabled from a horrific accident as well, 5 months and i still struggle to stand and walk, so more than a 20min walk on a good day, is about the extent of excercise my poor body can manage)

That sounds like the diet of someone with no teeth. Drink water.

Nutella (straight sugar +fat), potatoes +gravy (essentially sugar +fat even if it doesn’t taste sweet ), soups that probably have lots of carbs (aka sugar) etc. Eating this all day will do nothing for you to lose weight.

If you want to ‘repeat’ this liquid diet you could do sugar free protein shakes or green smoothies (milk green leaves and a bananna/mango). This will keep the sugar out and allow your body to open up its own fat stores.

The best option is drink water/tea/coffee with no sugar all day, eat a salad around 1pm (avoid creamy sugary dressings) around 5pm -8pm eat a reasonable meal. You can have steak and potatoes or chicken and rice. Make half your plate green. If you want dessert with dinner skip lunch.

Exercise is irrelevant to people who want to lose weight. Excercise increases appetite and while it may feel good to some people it makes most miserable and anyone who says otherwise is lying. The whole diet and excercise that everyone talks about breaks down to 90% diet 10% excercise. Meaning if you lose 9 lbs without excercise you would have lost only 1 lb more if you were running every day.

You will lose weight 100000% if you are chained to the bed. there is nothing special about you or anyone else out there. If there were actually people who just COULDNT LOSE WEIGHT they would all be astronauts on Mars because you wouldn’t have to worry about feeding them.

I’m not being rude, but it took me almost 20 years to understand this simple fact - there is nothing wrong with you. Just eat less. Sure there are people out there that have amazing metabolisms and don’t have to think about this stuff. There are also people richer than you who don’t have to think about money. Unfair? Yes. Such is life.

Fast or don’t. That doesn’t even qualify as a dirty fast
 If you’re going to dirty fast, you can have unsweetened coffee with some butter, and bone broth with electrolytes.

I’ll repeat what’s been said
 Fasting doesn’t mean drinking your food rather than eating it.

Decide if you’re extended fasting, or intermittent fasting. Create a schedule and stick to it.

Don’t obsess about the daily weight, because hormones and too little water or too little or too much salt can make you fluctuate. Water retention is “weight”, but not necessarily an over all gain.

Fast or don’t fast. Drinking food isn’t dirty fasting.

And if you are going for weight loss, your intermittent fasting should be as keto as possible. Keep your body in ketosis as much as you can.
