Anyone else cold all the time?

Hello! 37F here with PCOS (taking 1500mg metformin er daily) I have been doing OMAD for about a month, but I am not seeing much results at all. Black coffee and water are the only drinks I do. I don’t count calories, but I am mostly paleo with lower&mindful carb. I workout on peloton 3-4x a week 20-30 mins each time. I do get hunger pangs here and there, but usually manage with drinking water and mental strength. I did however notice that I am always so cold. Anyone else having similar experience? What can be done?

Regarding feeling cold: Have you discussed your fasting with the doctor who prescribed you metformin? I wonder if the effect of drugs and fasting are a bit much together, and maybe the dosis needs to be reconsidered.

I am cold nearly all the time, when I’m indoors. I started my IF journey at 424 lbs., and as of this morning I’m 218 lbs, so I have a bit less insulation than before. My wife and I also like a nice, cold house – we keep the AC set to around 68.

My solution has been a Bearaby weighted blanked and a lot of around-the-house sweaters.
