Yes! I do OTF 4-5x / week and just started IF a couple of weeks ago. Still adjusting - I’ve felt dizzy on the tread, and lower energy which I’m hoping will change once my body adapts. I’ve also realized that my water intake wasn’t where it needs to be.
I would love to hear how it’s going for fellow OTFers. How is IF working for you, and is it affecting your burn (good or bad?)
