Anybody know of certain foods that help in being present or just boost brain health dramatically?

Memoractiv from Thorne was amazing for me. I tried it on a whim, desperate for something that would help with focus and execution but not really convinced a supplement would do it, and boy was I wrong. It’s hella expensive but, if I look at it objectively, paying $3/day to perform better will allow me to make that money back in no time.
