Aphantasia

I have a sickness of some kind possibly a calcified pineal gland that removes my ability to visualize and remember dreams. I’m basically an npc without any original thoughts is what i feel :p I’ve noticed since I’ve started doing OMAD/Intermittent fasting that I can visualize a little bit and i was shocked because I haven’t had this ability since childhood. So i’m going to start doing some dry fasts cause i think this is detoxing my body on many levels.

If you are going to switch between intermittent and dry fasting then i recommend eating no sugar and low carb so you stay in ketosis and enter autophagy faster. This will keep you in healing mode.

Your body has a priority list and processing food is ontop as long as you eat. While this is going on you’ll have tons of bacteria living off of sugars and water in your blood.

Less water means less bacteria living in you. Your pee will be cleaner, and you might notice more fatigue but way more willpower and after a while you might be unable to sit still.

From my experience:

I intermittent (dry)fast 5 days a week and dry fast 2

I try to keep my water intake lower when doing intermittent fasting, unless i am going to exercise. This will make me enter ketosis faster. I usually drink about 200-600ml when not exercising (more now because its cold outside, cold and heat makes you need more water).

Today i will exercise so i will drink water during that. Meaning it will just be intermittent waterfast. I drink 1-1.2L per hr of exercise, some of it before i start, if not i can’t keep the speed up.

Only things i drink on intermittent fast: water, coffee, green tea, fun light.

I honestly think we all suffer from this and don’t realise it.

Its like someone turned the sense of wonder down 0.1% a day. And one day you realised its now at 10% of what it was when you were as a kid.
