Do you eat or consume a lot of refined sugar? If so try do a longer fast to rid yourself of sugar withdrawals which are very often mistaken for hunger pain. I’d say a 48/72hr fast should be enough, then just go back into omad or whatever you usually do and try keep sugar to an absolute minimum going forwards. It’s something a lot of people overlook.
I do keto, it makes a huge difference for my appitite. The lower carb I go the more appitite suppression I get. Try cutting out sugars and maybe refined carbs like breads?
Also moving my eating window to earlier in the day helped.
Lastly, sometimes I just have a glass of water with a bit of psyllium husk powder. Gets me that fibre that’s hard to get with my keto diet and also gives me that full feeling for a few hours. Don’t buy metamucil or any crap like that, it’s more expensive and has additives you don’t need, like dextrose which is just counter productive. Just get a bag of pure psyllium husk (powder or not, doesn’t matter except for baking).
Are you hungry to the point you’d eat unseasoned vegetables or are you craving a certain food? I think redefining what you consider being hungry may help. Yesterday I was 36 hours into a fast and wanted to dice up and roast an apple but I know it’s because I wanted the sugar - I was not craving the salad in my fridge. If I get to the point I’ll eat unseasoned lettuce - I’ll break my fast early. If not, I keep my fast - some days are easier than others.
Black coffee, plenty of water, and limiting refined sugars really helped me with this part of it. I always find on the days I have more grains or slip some sugar in during my eating window, I stay hungry.
