I find that after a week of of 20:4 I no longer get hungry during my fast but if I eat anything I get immediately ravenous… my partner has a glycemic issue where she gets shaky without regular caloric intake… I think it’s just a individual path and you need to explore what works best for you.
Fat burners can help with appetite suppression in my experience. I started using oxyshred when I first started working out and it’s helped a lot with hunger, but also keeping energy levels up. They have stimulant free options as well.
Nicotine pouches (tobacco free snus) do wonders for me, but they are strong and highly addictive. Often stronger than smoking several cigarettes at once. I happened to be already addicted to them before I started fasting but I can’t speak for anybody else!
