SW: 250 Height: 5ft 9in This is the most I have weighed in my life and am turning 25 tomorrow. I have no excuses. Starting next week, I will do better. I will eat better. I will IF, 2MAD, and ADF. I will exercise. I will stay hydrated. I will utilize my garage gym. I have drafted realistic HIIT workout plans and nutritional goals. While researching fasting practices, I found y'all. THANK YOU. Thank you for this space existing. I look forward to sharing progress and downfalls knowing I'm not alone.

get at it! IF is the easiest sustainable life plan. I do it for major health issues. Start today at 14:8 for a week then to 18:6 next week. youll feel amazing.

Body changes that are noticeable and why i do it: lymphatic swelling gone and at minimums after a long day, joint inflammation ease, more alert and awake. more restful sleep.
