That would not be a negligible amount of calories burned, but it would ultimately depend on how else you’re tracking and counting activity if you wanted to count it. In general, it’s best not to assume such a transactional one-to-one with activity. The body is very efficient and isn’t always going to burn the same amount for the same movement. This also sets someone up for failure if they are unable to maintain their activity because of weather, injury, etc, but they are still used to eating at a higher amount.
Not sure it is really that big of a deal. Exercise is great but not really that huge of a calorie drain. Just enjoy the extra calorie burn as that means your deficit is a little bigger than expected. Focus on your base caloric needs and staying within the need range vs them, the extra then is just bonus.
Once you start tracking extra you give yourself an excuse to eat extra.
