I’m back on the band wagon, and having good progress losing weight. I fit the trend that ChiTownDerp identified of meeting my goal, maintaining for a bit and drifting away only to regain. I used food to deal with an injury and the pandemic, and it took me awhile to refocus.
I’m happy with my overall trend and trying to remember (as I preach to others in the same situation) that scale stalls are a part of the journey. I’ve found that returning to IF and EF has been empowering, and I’m grateful for the subs for continued inspiration.
