Hello, total noobie here, but from what I've looked up I'm extremely interested in fasting. I'm also pretty big into going to the gym (3x a week for light-moderate weights and 3x a week for cardio). I'm curious what time frames for fasting worked the best for those of you who also do a lot of physical activity? Did you make sure to workout BEFORE your last meal? I could do all my working out in the morning before my first meal if need be.
I appreciate all responses, and also I'm curious if there's some large informational video that summarizes a multitude of protocols and/or goes deep into the science?

I do fasted workouts on my daily 18:6 fast. So usually, the workout happens close to the end of the fast and I’m in a fasted state. The workout is a class based HIIT program. Part lifting, part aerobic exercise at various intensities from light job to all-out sprints. Never really had an issue with it. I think one time I was feeling low-sugar-ish and dashed out to the lobby to grab a gatorade. Other than that, I’ve done hundreds of fasted workouts without issue.
