Hello, I'm into day 5 of my water fast, and the past 2 days especially when I sleep, I've been hearing a pulsating noise within my ears that sounds like a heart beat. It obviously isn't my my heartbeat and rather is faster than my heart beat, and explanation for this and should I break my fast?

Kind of sounds like pulsatile tinnitus? This happens to me sometimes when I’m laying in certain positions in a quiet room.
