Good luck! I have been slacking off since Christmas and today April 14th is the day I restart my snake diet journey. My plan is to do 1 meal a week for the first 30 days and then re-assess how I’m feeling and stay with the same routine or increase to 2 meals a week after the 30 days. It’s going to be tough but I know it is the time. Also…I’m used to extended fasts so fasting is not new to me.
