Back on track

Took a break from extended fasts for a while because Aunt Flo wouldn’t show and I was irritable and pissy. I pretty much did OMAD every day except Wednesday, where I just ate “normally”. Resumed fasting Wednesday night. still fasting. Easy as pie. I keep forgetting I’m fasting. It’s become so second nature now. Planning to carry on all weekend. Possibly longer. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks (even when I fasted 5 days consecutively). AF was due 2 weeks ago. just arrived today. If I don’t lose anything in the following days, I may actually cry because this is ridiculous.

The food on Wednesday may have notified your body that you weren’t fleeing for your life and it was safe to have a period. Our bodies have a mind of their own 🤣

Congrats on making it to the other side. I’m glad you’re having an easier time fasting. From what I’ve read now is the ideal time in your cycle.
