I think I would miss it also. It is good to take a break sometimes.
I took a day off from my workout today. I do 5 days and then take a day off.
Like you said cant wait for tomorrow to go get back at it. I do a short fast 20:3 on Sundays and refeed for my next longer (72hrs) fast!

I sometimes for one reason or another (usually outside events or interference) have to break my fast window. For instance yesterday I had unexpected things come up and wasn’t able to finish eating within my window, and had to eat several hours out of it. I was SO ready to get back into it today. Fasting makes me feel more stable, helps my blood sugar level out, etc. I think too because I have a stomach condition it helps me be more hydrated if I don’t eat most of the day, since there isn’t enough room to drink AND eat most of the time, and I can’t drink with meals.
It is a victory and it does need celebration! Great job!!
