Question for anyone that has had success with beating addictions. I have a few addictions Im trying to knock out. Im wondering if anyone who's succeeded quit them all at once with the fasting or would it be better to attempt one at a time. My addictions are smoking, sugar (sweetened coffee, soda, energy drinks,)eating late at night, and gaming. Some of these are no brainers like gaming, and I know the obvious answer is try it out. Im just asking the people who've had success what their methods were. Thanks.
Btw 6ft 275lbs with big bone structure and good amount of muscle. Very fat around midsection.

I believe you would find easier beating addiction like caffeine and nicotine by dry fasting, but be prepared for going to hell, first 3 days having horrible headaches, not sleeping… If you can’t handle few days of pain this is not for you. I’m going myself again for nicotine addiction, went well last time but by stupidity I came back to it. Just had my last cigarette half hour ago after lunch, will finish today water fasting and engage dry from tomorrow. I have 10kg do drop on the way. Will go for dry fasting and omad later.
