Combine your fasting period with the age old wisdom of not eating 3+ hours before bedtime. Between those three hours and a full night’s sleep, that’s almost your entire fasting period.
Just remember Intermittent Fasting is not the diet. What you eat when you eat is the diet. You still have to eat less than your burn every day and filling your feeding period with garbage foods aren’t going to net you weight loss results.
I started my fasting in the morning hours. I find its easier to add it to my sleep time . Plus it helped my acid reflux and heart burn at night. I do 18 hrs 6pm -12 noon fast thats my comfort zone . I also added treadmill once a day 1 mile walking . I have tried every diet and this is the only one that I actually felt good. I cut carbs and use splenda and munkfruit. Good luck to you ;)
