Not worth it. IF isn’t right for you. You might try using some IF concepts, like not eating after 7:00 and mixing with keto or CICO. Not sure where you live, but nature walks might be a good idea for some light exercise.

This exact thing happened to me. Turns out it was because of sugar withdrawal. Sugar is a crazy poison, and can do all sorts of things to you if you go cold turkey.
Having said that, IF itself never caused me to have mood swings like what you are describing. Given the limited information you’ve provided, it will be impossible to know for sure what’s causing your crash.
