I am investigating a yoga app of some sort. I haven’t picked one yet but I am clicking through the free content and trying to pick one. Looks like $40 to $60 a year will give you movement “snacks” - prompts to move for 2 to 10 minutes with encouraging words and pictures, a teacher with a soothing voice, and you can pick an ability that is right for what you are feeling in the moment, from the easiest granny setting to CrossFit hard core. I think this is the ticket to get me motivated. Small movement, small meditation breaks and fasting is the way to get in touch with what I need on a deep level and lose more weight.
