If you’re set on taking a supplement, know that there are different types of Vitamin D. Look up the bio-availability of each to know how much you’re actually getting into your system. And remember, the body is more complicated than x vitamin and y vitamin. It works as a system. So don’t skimp on getting the rest of your vitamins and minerals.
