I joined the gym today because I see good results with walking, but during weekends I have a lot of free time and I will think of food lol so at least I have somewhere to go. I’m also considering yin yoga to improve flexibility and do some meditation. Anything to keep me from binge eating and failing again and again.
As far as cardio goes I ride a bike or an exercise bike and keep my heart rate below 140.

I’m up to 15 rounds with a 70lb/32kg kettlebell, but I do take 10-20 seconds rest between rounds. This is definitely higher intensity, I wouldn’t do it during a longer fast.
