Bone Broth?

I am trying to start a extended fast. I have a event around 07 May 2023 that I need to be less fat for. If I am fasting for strictly weight and fat loss does bone broth have any negative effects on the weight loss? My longest fast I used it to get over the initial hunger hurdle.

As another mentioned, it can sometimes just make you hungrier. Some people have great success though. I’ve done strict fasting, dirty fasting, and even a fasting mimicking type thing and I’ve found pros and cons to all. In terms of weight loss I didn’t really find much difference actually, so if you feel you need the sodium and it helps you go longer then it’s a great idea. Doesn’t really hurt to try.
