Boredom Hunger

I'm on day 1/7 of my first 7 day fast. Longest prior was 80hrs so this is a bit of a jump. Similarly to most of you, the first 1-2 days seem the most difficult - but I find boredom leads to eating in the later days. What do you do to keep occupied and prevent yourself from eating purely out of boredom/enjoyment? SW 208 CW 188 GW 165 (-20lbs) (July 3 Start Date)

Work. Work. Work. Extra work. Hobbies. Excercise. Reading. I just stay as busy as possible because it’s the only way to make the time go faster. Get a fasting partner. And talk to them when you feel tempted. I’m fasting for next 18 days. Today is day 3

I’ve kind of made a game out of: Keeping up light to moderate exercise (ordinary tasks home and yard) and plugging them into Cronometer to watch the net calories go down. Keeps my mind off of the TASTE I miss, and getting a lot done. Works for me.
