Since you are working out, could it be that you’ve gained muscle mass? How do your clothes fit? How’s your energy levels? Muscle weighs more than fat (sorry for being captain obvious here) so if you are experiencing non-scale victories, don’t sweat it 😁
You could also try changing up your fasting schedule for a bit. So if you’re currently doing time restricted eating, try an alternate day fast. Or vice versa. The body always tries for equilibrium so sometimes it helps to switch it up.
Just keep going, it will eventually come off. I started and lost about 8 lbs in one week (water weight) then 3 then 2 then 2 then 1 then 1 and all of a sudden 8 lbs ! I’m settling down to 1 lb a week. In the same boat really. But just keep going and eat sensible. Good luck
You may want to explore carb cycling or changing up the type of exercise you do. The body adjusts to compensate for consistent stress (and a calorie deficit is a stressor), which leads to plateaus. One way to combat that is keeping your body on its toes by carb cycling and switching workouts from cardio, weights, HIIT, etc. But also, definitely track non-scale victories. Can you run longer? Carry groceries easier? Button pants without wiggling? Those are also measures of the quality of your life, so if you’re trending in the right direction, just keep doing what you’re doing.
