I'm currently 56h in into my fast, planned to eat in the morning. I also want to start a 7 Day fast after that refeed. Honestly I feel really great and I feel like I can just go longer, but my concern is that I have a training session at uni, it's nothing crazy and too draining, simple mobility/toning stuff but I'm not sure how my body would react anyway and I don't want to pass out in front of everyone or smth. During my longer fast I was usually at home, I never did like prolonged fast (More than 72) while attending classes before. Any tips or advice?

I often workout while fasting up to a week at least. Have some salt and water nearby, but otherwise feel free to continue fasting if your body says it feels fine. Of course, never a mistake to eat, you can always fast another day too.
