I hit my five days (120 hours) at 10pm last night. I hadn’t planned on eating that late but something about seeing my goal completed on the app tracker had me thinking “EAT!” and there I was in the kitchen whipping up an omelet with cheese. To that, I added a very low carb wrap. Well, an hour after that, I found myself having a 6 oz filet mignon.
I felt fine while eating and afterwards - just a slight cramp on the 2nd bite but it went away.
