It’s one more day, finish it!!! You set your goal for 5 days not four days. Deep down and in the back of your head you’ll think of this as another failure and later on you’ll be like I was so close I wish I finished it! Let this be a success! It’s all mental, be strong!

You might well feel differently when you wake up tomorrow. Don’t mentally give up just yet. Keep pounding your water and electrolytes. I was going to end my 4-day fast tomorrow at dinner, but I’m feeling quite good now and going to see if I can go to Sunday instead.
Imagine worms squirming in the thing you are craving, imagine it rotten, smelly, and try picturing the image of it with disgusting things. Works for me.
Remember the craving is all in your head, if you can trick your brain into thinking the food is not so desirable, the craving will subside.
Then imagine an image of yours in ideal weight, you looking fit and hot, wearing all those dresses you couldn’t because of weight, surprising people with your sudden change.
You got this and you can do it, believe in yourself.
