Hello, I am getting married in 6 weeks. Wanting to continue my weight loss (have been loosing very slowly with a restricted calorie diet for months and more recently a 2 day fast here and there).
Also wanting to hit the gym for serious toning!
What do you guys recommend for a water fasting protocol combined with weights?
I was thinking to fast Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. And feeding Friday-Monday and workout Monday, Tuesday, Friday?
Has anyone had any luck with something similar? I need to get my arms in shape fast and wanting to loose another 5kgs before getting married?!
I don’t think I can work out on fast days (can probably do a light workout on the first fast day) as I am very lethargic in the evenings and can’t possibly wake up earlier for a workout as I am already up at 4am or 6am to start a 10 hour work day!
Or should I commit to an extended fast of about 10 days or so and then start re-feeding and hit the gym after?

I prefer training fasted personally. And calorie restriction combined with fasting is a recipe for metabolism destruction. Make sure you eat to satiety on feeding days; meat, cheese, eggs, and keep carbs low to keep your body in fat burning mode. One can lose a lot of weight in 6 weeks this way.
