Hey ya'll!
So I am not really new to fasting, I've done multiple extended fasts and IF I've the last 18 months. I fell off for a while but jumped back on in December and have been ramping up to OMAD. Everything is going great, I've been lifting again, and I feel more in control of my life again.
Today was a different story though. I felt so burned out after work but I forced myself to the gym thinking I'd feel better. Well I didn't. I got about halfway through my lifting session and called it a day.
Now I feel a little bummed out about it. However, I know that people have "off" days and I know I'll do better next time. I have not lost motivation and just wanted to remind people that it's okay to take it easy every now and again. Dont be hard on yourselves. We've got it next time!

Yup, ditto here…. having a really blah week. Fortunately we’re finally getting a tiny reprieve from the crazy cold its been in my area, so I’m going to force my butt out the door for a walk half way through the work day.
