I had to give up caffeine a few years ago after a car accident. I always had muscle pain/spasms, but they would come and go. After the accident, my back was constantly misaligned and I was in pain. I had already ditched coffee the year prior and was just doing teas. So I went off of everything. 2-3 days later, I was fine. It was amazing how much better I felt. And the SLIGHTEST caffeine wires me now. Dark chocolate is like an espresso shot. Plus, I feel “cleaner” internally.
