Calling all big eaters with large appetites

Did you manage to get adapted to smaller meals via Cole's method of Snack Diet? I am naturally a big eater, stemmed from my childhood and upbringing, but I am trying to be able to feel satisfied on less food. If any of y'all have successfully managed to get adapted to smaller meals, when previously you were a large eater... Do share your tips/experiences here, please!

Answer

The big secret to stop over eating in a meal is to massively increase your fat macros in what you eat. Eating a certain amount of fat will trigger hormones which make it feel very difficult to eat more. Animal fats are the best fats. Big fatty beef steaks, bacon, any fatty cut, cream cheese, sour cream, or straight up animal fat fried up in various ways.

Try eating plain cream cheese a spoonful at a time and see how much you can eat before your stomach tells you to stop. Then make your next time you feel hungry also only cream cheese and see if it’s even less. Repeat.

Basically you wanna have a small meal which is packed with micronutrients and fat. Best example is 100gms of almond butter with maybe a teaspoon of honey or jam. That alone will have a ton of potassium and 70% of your daily magnesium requirement. This meal will be around 400-500 calories.

I was a big eater for years because of anxiety. I am 65. Getting a marijuana card changed my life. I started with CBD gummies and got my card when I realized CBD is healing. But THC makes me high. I take low dose CBD pills and my desire to eat big and binge has lessened.

I think the fat is good, but also add good amount of protein, it’s the building blocks of the body and can help with weight loss as well. One thing you definitely notice over time is that your stomach will shrink and you just won’t even be able to eat a lot. If you force a strict routine with a small eating window, then you’ll be fine. Key is not to eat all day and especially back to back days, that’s the worst, at least for me 🤷‍♂️
