I dont know this for sure but what you’re buying from Perdue or Tyson might be pumped full of water. PLumping is often the term used and IMHO its something you get from cheaper / frozen chicken breasts. Since people pay by weight, they simply inject the solution.
100% guess, but I’m betting the USDA #s are for pure chicken, where are the other two are processed and plumped with saltwater, which has no calories. Guessing though
