No, you are right with that though. Most people will say the same thing, as it’s usually days 2 and 3 that are the hardest. Once you’re over 3 days, hunger is generally completely gone, and you do have more energy to a certain point.
Yeah you’ll be perfectly fine to just keep going. if you feel like you are literally dying then stop fasting and do a refeed. If you feel okay or just generally under the weather then you are good to just keep fasting.
