GF suggested we fast this week. I decided to dry fast. Water (even snake juice) makes me hungry.
Did 48 hours pretty easily with some hunger and thirst towards the end.
Refeed: Ice cream and KBBQ. We had a massive meal (got a few friends onboard for 48 as well). Lots of meat, kimchi, and some rice. Finished it with a 32oz lemonade. I drank about 80oz all together.
SW: 261
End of 48: 254
Refed:260
Next morning: 259
After bathroom break: 256
Is it reasonable to have dropped 5lbs? Or did I just not rehydrate enough?

Ill be brutally honest OP. You weight too much to be having such poor refeeds. 32 oz Lemonade? Jesus christ. If you were starting at 200 or under okay fine but at 261 and with only a 48hr fast you should have a clean refeed Carnivore or Keto.
I just broke a 77 hour fast with 8oz skirt steak, 2 duck eggs, an avocado and 1 piece brisket bacon.
