Cankersore gone in a day?

I was curious to see if anyone had experienced this, but I got a cankersore yesterday, a little one. I used to get them all the time like crazzzzyyy, they were all over my mouth and super painful. It's gone today!! Maybe I'm lucky, maybe it's because I'm fasting. Either way I'm relieved lol.

I used to get them constantly then someone told me I was probably allergic to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, which is in most toothpastes. I switched to a SLS-free toothpaste and now I almost never get them. My son experienced the same thing.
