I f33 165 cm, 79 kilos Started last June with 18:6 and just hit my goal of losing 10 kilos, and feel nothing. And I think it's because I know I need to lose more weight so I changed my goal to 65 and maybe later to 60 I don't know yet.
So far IF is going great I can only do 18:6 because of medication but i like it this way. I have regular cheat days, I don't go all out just being able to have a snack on birthdays or parties and since I don't go to those often it's not that bad. I cheated the entire holidays and did not gain anything lol. Just wish I was happier with the result so far.

I also struggle with being “happy enough” with my current weight loss when it’s still in progress. Sometimes it helps to look at where we’ve come from rather than to look at how far we still have to go. Do you have any pictures from before you started that you can compare with some current pictures? It’s nice to be able to see that side-by-side comparison to appreciate just how much you’ve already done. Congrats on the weight loss thus far, it’s no easy feat!
