I’ve been doing 19/5 mostly with Omad once or twice a week since New Years and I’m really happy with the progress and the simplicity of IF . I’m 52 years old and 5’11” and originally thought that if could get down to 190 ,like I was when I was in my 30’s , that I would look good. But now that I’m half way to my goal I’m starting to realize that I don’t have the musculature that I did in my 30’s and I may have to adjust my goal . My problem is that I have no reference as to what will be a good weight to shoot for . I’m kind of goal oriented so I’m kind of lost here .

The sub r/progresspics has a bunch of links down their sidebar where it will sort out just the pictures of folks who are the same height as you. You could try going there to get a sense of what different weights look like on your height. The r/fitness30plus might also be a good resource to seen what other folks are doing and make some goals from there.
