cheapter alternative to Blueprint?

Hello, I don't make much money. I was wondering if anyone can create a cheaper budget friendly version of bryan johhsons blueprint program? [https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/](https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/)

Answer

Yeah, dont take all those expensive supplements and do a lot of exercise and eat healthy. You could skip all of the cosmetic stuff hes doing as well, and the testing hes doing is not required for most people. If you are an obsessive compulsive then sure try to keep up with this guy, but i think you could get great results with a bit less investment of finances, he is a millionaire after all supposedly. Its only 26k a year for the basics anyway :)

I wouldnt let his looks fool you, its seems hes also spending a lot on cosmetic enhancements so it will take a while before he enters the uncanny valley.

Just get cronometer for free (web version gives a better overview than iphone) - log your food and pay attention to all micronutrients (possibly incl. those not ticked by default). Eat a diverse set of veggies/lean meat/dairy. Exercise (weights, cardio and stretching). Wash your face twice a day with water and use a decent moisterizer with UV block before heading out :)… -> cheaper version.
