I would take the tablets with my meal, especially the omega tablets, which include oil. Not sure but it might break the fast. Although if you are fasting only for weight loss and not the other health benefits then I guess it’s ok, since it’s the same amount of calories no matter when you take them.
While I don’t think it would break your fast considering how low cal these would be, you might want to take them with meals during your fasting window. Vitamin A D E are fat soluble so Omega 3 is best taken with food.
